TOOTHACHES (DAYTIME APPLICATION)

Using 1 x Relief disc and 1 x Action Disc.
1 x ACTION DISC on Li-4,  and 1 x RELIEF DISC on TW-13.

LI-4
LI-4 Located in the webbing between the thumb and index finger, at the highest spot of the muscle when the thumb and index finger are brought together.
Place 1 x ACTION Disc on LI-4.
Helps in relieving headaches and tooth aches and is also traditionally used as a general pain reliever, decongestant, and anti-inflammatory point.

TW-13
TW-13 Located on the outer surface of the upper arm, one thumb width in the back of the base of the upper arm muscle (the deltoid) and two finger widths higher up towards the shoulder.
Place 1 x Relief on TW-13 as shown
Helps in relieving toothaches, elbow pain, shoulder pain, and painful arm extension.

TOOTHACHES (BEDTIME APPLICATION)

Using 2 x Relief disc.
1 x RELIEF DISC on ST-6,  and 1 x RELIEF DISC on ST-3.

ST-6
St-6 Located between the upper and lower jaw, on the muscle that bulges when the back teeth are clenched.
Place 1 x RELIEF DISC on ST-6 as shown.
Helps in relieving jaw pain and spasm, TMJ problems, lockjaw, sore throats, dental neuralgia, and toothaches.

ST-3
ST-3 located at the bottom of the cheekbone, directly below the pupil.
Place 1 x RELIEF DISC on ST-3.
Helps in relieving toothaches, head congestion, and sinus pain.
